Project Engineer I
Brady was raised in Northern Utah and earned his undergraduate degree from Utah State University in 2020 before relocating to Raleigh, NC. He began his career as a structural engineering intern focused on designing and inspecting cell and broadcasting towers. In early 2022, he joined Lysaght & Associates, where he gained experience designing and drafting residential, commercial, educational, and art projects using materials such as steel, wood, concrete, and masonry. Proficient in drafting and structural analysis software, Brady supported professional engineers in modeling complex structural systems. His passion for sustainable design and innovative engineering solutions drives his ability to contribute effectively to diverse projects. Brady passed the Professional Engineering (PE) exam in September 2024 and received his North Carolina licensure in March 2025. Notable projects he has contributed to include the Pittman Auditorium Renovation and Addition at Saint Mary’s School in Raleigh, the WT Grant and Boylan Pearce Renovation in Raleigh, the Aviator Brewing Plane Foundation in Fuquay-Varina, and the “Taming the Surge” sculpture in Norfolk, VA, among many others.
